I am a level 55 Dragoon. I have Stormblood. I have completed the Ultimate Weapon MSQ (Moving On is my current MSQ).
Why will the Ul'dah citizen you need to talk to in order to become a Samurai still not talk to me?
Thank you for your help?

Have you registered the expansion on mogstation? My friend had a similar issue after he bought the expansion, but didn't know to register.
Deja vu?
Didn't you just create a thread for this very question earlier?
Yes Jin, I had a post about it just yesterday. There just are no reliable websites for getting help with this game. Not a single one of the four or five I have read has listed ALL the requirements you need. After my post yesterday I learned that one of the requirements was to complete the "Ultimate Weapon" quest, which I did. But there are still more which I don't know about and why I posted basically the same thread again today. I am learning some things though.... when I went to visit the Ul'dah citizen, I expected it to still be red..........
You don't need to start a new thread. Just post in your old one with an update so it comes back to the top of discussion instead of starting over.Yes Jin, I had a post about it just yesterday. Yes, Naoki, that is one of the websites I had read. Don't know if you still have to get in to that room and talk to some guy. That website is the only one that mentions anything about that. This is another problem with the game - there have been so many changes over the years, it's hard to keep track of what is still required. But thank you for your help.
Go to the MogStation and check whether Stormblood is registered on your account.
I'm taking Lore way too seriously. And I'm not sorry about that.
Requirements : Class/Job
Disciples of War or Magic Lv. 50
(and Stormblood license ofc)
Quest Giver : Ul'dahn Citizen
Ul'dah - Steps of Nald X: 9.2 Y: 9.1
For me it's clear, unless you still haven't understood that you can see your position on the map/mini map x/y.

just because you have shadowbringers registered, doesn't mean you have stormblood registered. as the others said, make sure to go into your mogstation account and double check to see if its registered. if it is registered and you still cant access the quest, you might need to submit a ticket to figure out why.
