    Mogstation bought a repeat on accident

    I just accidentally bought the Splash emote for a character that already had it. It's rather difficult at times to keep track of which characters I have which emotes on already SE xD Can't they just all be account wide for things like that? But anyway, it's market prohibited so I kinda just... wasted my money? Sure it's only a couple bucks, but that's a couple bucks I could spend on something I can actually use. I can't even trade it to a friend or anything! So it's just.. gonna sit there. What, if anything, can I do about my oops purchase?

    @SSakuras: Isn't there some sort of customer support for you to get help from? IDK much about this stuff since I dont really use mogstation :X

    If it's not something they can answer in the tech forum, it comes here. General Discussion is the forum bin.
    Basically technical support forum is for finding answers to technical issues players can sort out on their end, drivers, installation issues, issues with hardware, etc.
    Anything that requires SE to make any changes themselves has to go through the ticket system.

    unfortunately, they dont do refunds. you'll just have to delete it

    Technical support is for client issues, like game crashing, glitches, etc.

    Not account support.

    It's an unfortunate situation, it's too bad you can't mail your other characters untradeable stuff. Honestly if an item is untradeable and one time use (like a mount, emote, etc) then the system should be smart enough to not let a player do that. Just as if you try to buy something unique and untradeable from an NPC it'll stop you.
