Unironically, giving more rewards to people who do Ultimates may eventually cause more people to attempt the content. Its not the worst idea possible.

Hello and welcome to the forums.
To answer your question, as I understand it, expanding the glamour dresser is difficult due to glamour plates.
Most of this info is borderline copy/pasted from something Packetdancer posted in another thread, so they may have to correct me on some of this, but...
The way glamour plates to work in 14 your entire glamour dresser has to be loaded (because the glamour plates are not separate data). So everything in our glamour dressers are "following" us everywhere, it's just invisible. But this means that every other player has to load the invisible wardrobes for everyone else in the zone.
And for your wardrobe to be loaded, it needs to load up to 400 additional item records into memory; it's actual instances of items (or at least, some form of item instances) as opposed to just item IDs, because you can dye items before putting them into the wardrobe, it remembers if they're HQ or not, etc.
And I think (this is where Packetdancer may have to correct me) that the armoire gets loaded along with the glamour dresser since equipment from either can go onto plates.
Because of this (if this is accurate), SQEX would have to be very careful about what they let players add to the armoire or the number of hidden items everyone is making each other load would really balloon and lead to all sorts of server strain.
This may also be why seasonal events have really slowed down on giving gear rewards as those are historically always compatible with the armoire.

Only if they limit it to players who actually prog the fights and clear themselves. No watching guides.
MPK yet again posting what is actually a reasonable idea, yet shooting themselves in the foot because almost no one will take them seriously due to their trolling. What could have been good feedback will turn into a joke thread, giving the devs further impression that players don't really like or care about Ultimate. The "triple legend" is ironically contributing to killing off their favorite activity.
And devaluing the achievement they complain people who sell runs devalue and should be stopped.MPK yet again posting what is actually a reasonable idea, yet shooting themselves in the foot because almost no one will take them seriously due to their trolling. Heck, I'm now suspecting they bought their runs because they starting to look pretty suspicious.

Why not have them go the extra mile and have Ultimate reward custom visual effects for job actions on jobs you've beaten it on?
Edit: I'd sure like to see a White Mage use Holiest of Holy instead of Holy when they've beaten Ultimate.

Just more of a reason for people to buy runs, lol I’ve been disappointed with triple legends in savage....which is far easier so I would say no. Most people who flex the titles usually suck when you get in content with them cause most real triple titlers run with a set group.

I'd say let them have it. Makes it more easier to spot and avoid themThey're pretty much all intolerable "people" like MPK.
