Listed item on market board for 99,749. Only received ≈8,200 when sold. Lost gil

On my Rydia alt, I listed a piece of gear that I got in a quest for 99,749 which was 1 gil below the lowest competitors price. However, when I logged in the other day, that item was sold but my retainer ONLY had roughly ≈8200 gil and she was no longer selling the gear piece that I had listed. It was the only item that she was selling and was the only retainer I had with an item listed so I am NOT confusing it with another item or retainer.

I understand that there is market board tax, but I am 100% sure that it is NOT supposed to be a 90%+ tax rate. It is almost as if the code or SE accidentally added a 0 into the tax rate.

I am 100% sure that I listed it for 99,749 because I saw that it was a 5 digit number.

Please FIX this and reimburse me for that 90% tax rate that was imposed on Rydia Mystt.

Look at the retainer's transaction history to see whether you really put the price you thought you put.
