    Did you explore more of the series afterwards?
    Sort of? I played 9, finished it, and then 10 halfway through. Tried 12 and 13 too, but can't get past the first few hours because I don't find it interesting (mostly because of the combat system of 12, it's confusing for my young self). Skip to 2018, bought ff15, finished it. Later on decided to play 14.

    Which Final Fantasy carries the most weight in your mind(or lives there rent free)?
    15. I know the writing is flawed but I will say that the story and narrative is the best, and if you ask me, I will not shut up about how good it actually was.
    Well, 14 is also in my mind, but 15 still wins there I think.

    Care to just gush about your favorite Final Fantasy moments over the years?
    Pretty much the whole time I play 15, especially during the ending. I bawled like a baby. Oh, pitioss is unforgettable too! I made a mistake of entering it at 11pm, thinking it would be a quick 1-2 hours dungeon and that people are over exaggerating it. Nope, by the time I finished, it was at dawn. And you know, I can understand more on how Eos people feel, seeing the sun rises again after 10 years of darkness... Because goddamn doing pitioss in one go feels like that.

    My first Final Fantasy is actually FF1 on the NES, and that's the first one I've completed too. Good memories.

    And I played each and every one of them afterwards... except for 11, I missed that one. But 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 10-2, 12, 13, 13-2, 13-3, 14, 15, I've played them all, including spin offs like FFT and such.

    Which one carries the most weight? Gah, that's a difficult question. So many memorable moments, and each game has something special that I remembered them for. The ones that struck with me the most I guess, was 7, 8, 10, 14. 14 is the one I played last, haha, and struck with me the hardest, if I think about it, so yeah, 14 is currently king for me.

    my first was ff 2 for snes I went back and got 1 and omg I loved them both so much II begged my mother for 3 and my dad for mystic quest. played all of them at one time or another but my all time fave is 2 aka IV

    my first final fantasy is 4 (SNES era)

    but the first final fantasy that i finished is FF7 (playstation)

    after that yeah i explore or more like redo my play of previous final fantasy again, mainly 4 and 6 because at that time i was too young to understand it (and english is not my main so i had trouble with the words)

    the most weighted final fantasy for me is definitely 7 for me because it is my FIRST final fantasy experience afterall, i never forget i play almost non stop with this thick walkthrough guide book beside me everytime i play it lol. after that it was 8 because i love the modern setting, and finally this 14 because we are literally the main character of the game.

    favorite FF moment... quite a lot but i just put it according the series...

    VII - this is my first actually playing the final fantasy game, so everything is just "wow" moment for me, this game is literally one of my happiest moment during that age.
    VIII - probably the first final fantasy that become popular outside video game world, the liberi fatali song + the CG scene shattered the world about video game graphic at that time, i still remember people put the eyes on me music on cafe and rinoa picture on random outlets lol
    IX - the least enjoyable FF for me because i dont really like the cast, but ironically the "coca cola" advertisement CG video is probably stuck in my head forever.
    VI - played it when i was kid and didnt understand anything, then i play it again after finishing 7 and i just realized how heavy the story is, it probably the most "serious" FF compare to others.
    X - my first game when i bought PS2, my jaw drop when i saw the CG video holy crap
    XII - i cant remember anything "wow" during this game aside from how cool the judge is, but on the other hand i like the gameplay most compare to other FF
    XV - all i can say is... what a journey. one of the few JRPG out there that make me cry

    also ironically FF4 is the first FF that i play and also probably never going to finish it because i got save data error and iam just to lazy to re-play it again =/

    didnt play 1 2 and 3 so i cant comment on that, i play some part of 13 but i didnt like it so i drop it mid way

    X was my next guess, but I wasn't sure because a lot of Vivi's theme and the BLMs in IX are all about existence, and I'm less familiar with X so... heh :P
