    Ninja & Rogue Toggle run request

    Ninja & Rogue seem to have their own unique run animations when their weapon is drawn - that's a really cool feature honestly! The problem lies in the fact that you can't choose between which drawn weapon run animation you prefer. Instead, you're stuck with a painful looking run animation on Ninja when their weapons are drawn. (atleast, for me I don't like it)

    Don't take away or replace the Current Ninja run animation, rather, allow players to toggle between weapon run animations for Rogue & Ninja

    It's a simple request- Allow players to toggle which run animation they prefer with the Rogue & Ninja job

    I do wish there was an "Assassin/Thief" job rather than Ninja, and I hate the run very much, it's a big reason why I haven't bothered to level it much.

    I see what you mean. For me personally, it's not just the run animations, I just like rogue as a concept a lot more than a ninja, and was disappointed when I did the ninja job quest and everything moved away from being a rogue to using ninjutsu.

    I absolutely perfer the Rogue walk/run animation, it's the true careful and calculating master of the shadows animation compared to ninja. Ninja's run looks ok on Lalafel but that's about it.

    I was more into ROG as a concept than I was NIN. I get the difficulty of them having both jobs side-by-side but there was some cross over in their abilities (and still some to a degree, but many of the abilities have been replaced with something else now) and I just felt it needed the movement animations with it to be able to at least achieve some of the ROG/THF aesthetic on a NIN. Even then, I just feel the Naruto run is silly, but hey, to each their own. The fact both animations exist and for the class, I think it'd just be nice to have command to toggle it that you can do from the chat box. It's a nice-to-have I think.

    Rogue doesn't have a unique run/walk animation. Just like all the DOL/DOH jobs, it's borrowing it's weapon/tool drawn walk and run animations from paladin.

    Yes please. SMNs can "downgrade" their egis to ACN pets, so why not give NIN this option for people who prefer the more low-key rogue aesthetic. It could be handled by a similar /command as egi glams, no need for a quest though to keep it low-effort for devs.

    Nobody cares. It still looks really good and different enough with the twin blades instead of a sword and shield. Also if you want to be nitpicky then they all - including PLD - use GLD animations actually.

    I would love to have options for character animations. Rogue vs Ninja runs, Machinist Heated vs non-Heated animations, turning off Warrior's aura out of combat, stuff like that.
