Monks need a projectile!

I feel like Monk deserved a ranged attack more than Dragoon.
DRG is the king of gap closers, give DRG even more cap closers if necessary to remove Piercing Talon, and give Air Render to MNK.

Drg has the worst gapclosers of all meeles, and mnk just doesn't need a ranged attack. Mnk has better downtime options and it would be completely useless
