    I would not sell the FC for more then 25 million with what you have. Medium go from 15-20 million so throw on a couple extra million for the FC and the furnishings then call it good. If you go crazy and start asking for 100million or something you are going to get in trouble. Also make sure to state in your listing that you are selling a FC with house and not just the house itself. Last and most importantly DISCUSS the sale using in game chat, do not let anyone talk you into using discord or some outside chat program. If you didnt have a house attached then selling for the price I mentioned would be silly and likely would not sell. The most I have ever seen a house less FC sell for is 8 million..

    Just remember you are selling the FC and that should be the focus of your sale at all times.
