    MSQ Glitched on "Like Fine Wine"; Can't Progress in Game

    Area and coordinates: The Black Shroud > South Shroud > Upper Paths > Buscarron's Druthers X: 18.0 Y: 19.9 Z: 0.1
    Housing: N/A
    Steps:
    1. After receiving the key item "Qirin Firewater" from Teteroon, I returned to Buscarron's Druthers to speak to NPC Buscarron. Buscarron had/currently has a green MSQ marker with a checkmark, implying the quest is ready to be completed.
    2. I went to hand in the item and experienced some lag. When it passed, the quest had not progressed. I assumed I just didn't successfully give the key item to Buscarron, and clicked the quest marker again. This time, he will only restate the initial response: "Ah, you've returned. Thank you for seeing Teteroon's belongings to him. ...What's this? For me?", then the chat bubble closes and nothing is progressed.
    3. I looked in my key item inventory, and the "Qirin Firewater" is no longer there. It is as if he took it the first time, but did not "process" that he took it, and now will not continue because he is looking to be given the item that I do not have.
    4. I have tried logging in/out, I tried logging into the client on a different computer, I tried talking again to Teteroon to see if he'd give me another firewater (he does not), and I do not have any option in my journal to abandon this MSQ quest; it is impossible to abandon.

    ^Shows the missing firewater, the repeat text, the quest in journal with no abandon option, etc.
    (Please ignore the inaccurate UI, I copied my friend's UI folder when I tried using their computer to test if the quest worked on their computer after it'd glitched on mine).
