But would it rlly change anything if it just a single spell should be same speedThe above response answers everything, but note, if you use a macro to change the spell name, it causes it not to be queued, so macros are not recommended most of the time.
Normally, if you press an action, it gets queued so even if you press it right before the global cooldown finishes, it activates when it does finish. But macros prevent this.
You can partially recreate the effect of a queue by repeating the action 15 times in the macro, but it's still not recommended. In some cases you may desire to use a macro even though it's not optimal, such as to assist with your playstyle (mouse over healing, using attacks on the target of your target) or to help with disabilities.

If its a one and done spell that is out of combat it should be fine. But in combat you are generally queueing up the next ability during the gcd of the previous. Meaning you can click on an ability and after it casts, you can click another, putting it in queue, and it will execute that ability as soon as the timer allows. But if you use a macro you can not do that, it either fires the ability off or it doesn't, there is no queue for it. Waiting for the gcd to reset and then striking the button does cause a delay and can significantly reduce your efficiency, especially in long fights. Then if you click another ability to quickly after the macro and that macro is not given time to execute it will also cancel the macro so you cannot even queue up another ability after the macro without timing it right, likely causing further delay. Which is why macros are generally considered a big no no in battle content. If that makes sense. Like I said, they designed the system like this on purpose so people need to actively participate in battle instead of just macroing all their rotations and calling it a day.
