Again, you should work on the real problem if something like that actually bothers you.
Floating = you're less human
Don't let religion make you believe that being farther away from earth actually makes you special
Being grounded to the planet is actually more "angelic" than floating away. Floating away means you're a deceiver.
If you floated you couldn't walk all cool like the Paladin in Endwalker

And this is where you show your hand. People have been AFKing with Ultimate weapons since UCoB but that doesn't bother you because you don't care about Ultimate. You allowing an emote to ruin your day is a personal problem. It isn't SE or anyone else's fault life got in the way and you weren't able to afford something. Likewise, people who are able shouldn't be made to feel bad showing off and being excited about their purchase.
"Stand in the ashes of a trillion dead souls and ask the ghosts if honor matters."
"The silence is your answer."
Dont give into FOMO? Does the artificial scarcity effect you? Only for as far as you allow it to.

The entire reason it’s an amazing emote is its tastelessness.
It's just an emote. I don't pay attention to players in this game as is, let alone fixate my gaze on them hovering like some Disney villain.
World is unfair. Always was, better find other things to invest in than some silly emote you get from an overpriced figurine. Only reason it looks cool is because you haven't seen it 1000 times.

I'm not a fan of in-game items tied to things made intentionally scare. Especially paired with how the quality of what we can get in game has been dropping over the years and more and more is coming out tied to the cash shop or limited items. This limited thing is something really big in Japan, I gather. We have it here in the US to a certain extent (look at console launches), but not to the levels seen there.

You do know what a pre order is right? The option to get this existed for a year nearly. So they knew how many to make. And you want to talk about scarcity? You know pre-orders sell out, right? Same thing happens here in the US. That's why scalpers are so successful on auction sites.
And the bigger issue is we have a game with a monthly subscription but more and more things are being pushed to microtransactions, while the quality of what we get for our ongoing subscription is rapidly declining.

Pre order didn’t sell out. The option to buy existed to the day they shipped starting this February. Want to try again?You know pre-orders sell out, right? Same thing happens here in the US. That's why scalpers are so successful on auction sites.

I also missed the part where a physical item was a digital good. Just as the OP, you see what you want to see. The emote isn’t what’s being sold. I don’t see any of you throwing insults and insinuating anything over the pre order for Scions and Sinners. You must not care about Orchestrion rolls.
Reached daily limit. Just want to point out OP has changed the reasoning multiple times ending with scalping now being the reason for this entire debacle.
