    Take a look at the individual duty finder entries for each of those dungeons and see which one does not have a green check mark in the top right corner of its banner image. If you're current on the story, there are only two possibilities, as three of those dungeons are MSQ dungeons. Also make sure you're not confusing Akadaemia Anyder with Anamnesis Anyder.
    I confused the two. Headed down to do Akadaemia now.

    That did it unlocked now. Another question. After completing the dungeon the Ondo mentions going to Tempest and tracking down the monster. Is there a quest for this? Looked it up on the internet and couldn't find it.

    That's the FATE chain in the Tempest that culminates in the Archaeotania boss fight.
