    The packs will almost always be faster if you have the MGP to spare. Might take a lot of MGP though as it's one of the more uncommon cards.

    If you've got a pile of MGP to just set on fire, you can roll the dice on packs, but there's no guarantee to get one even after opening over 100 (pack drop rate is ~0.6%)

    I think it took me about 2hours playing the NPC to get Regula, and that was way back when "Random" rule was still in play on him. With even a basic 4-Corners deck, you shouldn't have much trouble grinding him out. His best card is a single 4* (Ravana, U9-R7-D8-L1). If he doesn't Swap your 5*, he's not that hard to get a 6-4 win against, even with Chaos.
