Game crashes on PS5

I just returned to the game this month of February and at this time I've managed to get myself a Playstation 5, since all of my games are saved on an external hard disk I only plugged it to the new console's USB connector, but after it crashed initially I've redownloaded the game and saved it on the new console's Hard disk, but it still crashes. its not consistent, I sometimes have days crash free, but it still happens and last night I was on an alliance raid when I crashed, just wondering if its just me that is going through this or is this a PS5 problem.

1st time- trying to teleport to Limsa
2nd time- trying to log back into the game.
(reinstalled the the game)
(2 days later)
3rd time- Crashed on Gridania just standing there.
4th time - Crashed on Borjza instance map
5th time - Crashed doing alliance raid
