    How I did it:

Tanks and Healers: Non-stop dungeon spam, just queue in the highest available dungeon and speed run the hell out of it. This goes very quick, as back when I did it, both Tanks and Healers had insta queue's. This isn't very fun, but it's the quickest route to 80 and should take you more than a couple of hour per class.

The hardest part for Tanks and Healers is level 70 to 71, as HoH takes to long and the first ShB dungeon is 71.

I'd suggest to not use the dailies to level up Tanks and Healers, use those for the DPS.

DPS: Theoretically I'd assume using trusts is the quickest way. But it's a lot slower than than doing it with a real group. Personally I levelled a couple of DPS to 80 with trusts (to unlock their alternate outfits) and did all dailies every day (this should be +- 1.5 level a day), after all my trusts were 80 I made a PF and looked for like minded individuals.

If you can get a full party of people intend on dungeon rushing, you can get to 80 in a super fast rate.

Anyways: if you're playing the long game, just do all of your dailies each day and you'll get their in a month or two. If you want it faster, add some trust dungeons in the mix, if you want it really fast you need to look for like minded individuals.

You get the Trusted Friend title if you level all of them, plus alternate costumes for them in trusts.

Unless you want that title, actually enjoy running trust dungeons, or just want it for competionist sake though probably not worth it. But I wanted that title so I did it lol.
Didn't know it gets you alternate costumes for them.

Allows you to choose between their two most current outfits (or hair color in the case of the Trust member who only has the one outfit).

Go to the Party selection window, make sure you have Avatars and not Scenario chosen in the upper left hand corner, then use the Submenu Glamours command on the character that you wish to change.

Typically, I would run my daily roulettes for EXP, and if you haven't done your weekly challenge log for Dungeon Master(5 dungeons completed), Feeling Lucky(3 dungeons completed via roulette), and Exercising the Right(5 player commendations given out) make sure you are on a class that you want the EXP on as those give some as well. I would typically start at the top of the Roulette list and go down, swapping jobs for the ones that aren't the current level cap, to get the most out of the challenge log(it's easily done on the Tuesday if you do this).

To supplement the EXP gain, I would also do the daily hunts(especially when leveling a DPS due to queue length) and do the daily beast tribes(highest ones available for that level range as, unless it's changed, they cap the EXP gain at 10k per quest if you are above that expansions level cap - Vath would give 10k to anything over level 60 for example). Once all that is done, if you still want to gain EXP, you could probably do Bozja...I personally don't know how good it is for leveling since it came out way after I had finished getting everything to 80.

Oh, and Trusts are pretty good since it is only 3 runs of whatever the current highest dungeon for that class to get a level.

Khloe's Wondrous Tails got updated to give out EXP that I believe scales to your current level so it's worth getting your 9 seals in those when you can.
Most of the other things I would have suggested have been posted already. Good luck on your journey and enjoy the amaro when you get it!

Yeah, the EXP is half a level.

I was told to simply grind it out in Bozja and that would be enough. Are there other things I can do to speed it up? Let me know your suggestions. I wish to be a true Warrior of Light.
If there's dungeon glam you want, spamming dungeons is a good way to get free levels.

I've been doing the same thing and I'm 4 away from finishing

I do my roulettes, especially MSQ and Alliance. If it's a class I'm not super familiar with then I try to look up some basic rotation information. Trusts have been useful for the tanks so I don't have to put up with people's crap in dungeons for not being 100% perfect so they're another decent avenue, though slower. Beast tribes are another good source of experience. I try to do these two things always and then shake things up with other avenues to avoid burnout.

PotD and HoH are always good source of experience if you want to do some runs. Also FATEs.

    Oh, and your daily hunts.

Bozja is there, but I haven't even needed it and you need to make the trek to 71 for that first anyway.

I also staggered mine. I had one class in the 50s, one class in the 60s, and one class in the 70s. So I could take advantage of HW, SB, and ShB daily Hunts and beast tribes and get good progress on all three classes in a given day.

And don't forget if you aren't feeling the beast tribes or hunts on a given day, you can pick up the quests and do that set and the given day's set the next day once you clear out everything you grabbed. So you don't miss out on the experience.

How’s gearing them going? Once I got my crafters up it’s been easy, but ya how’s the gear treadmill going?

One thing that's easy to forget about is the Weekly Challenge Log. Make sure you take a look at that to see if there's some Weeklies that you're not doing. Even things like the Weekly Levequest challenge can be a nice little boost of experience. Chances are you've got a few Leve tokens kicking around and by just doing the low level Leves in Gridania you can knock out your Weekly in maybe 10 minutes regardless of what level class you're using since the Weekly reward scales to your level and not the level of the task you do. Same thing with FATEs.
