How is PVP in this game?

3 - Where to start here lmao... as if a single DPS killing a healer easily in PVP would be a good thing? This goes back to (2)- if the role of healers is to support a group (which I maintain it is) - then logically it should take at least 2 players (typically DPS) to focus them down, unless that healer is not properly using their skills.

Without some sort rock paper scissor system healers become invincible and not worth attacking. It should only take one person to take down a healer, but healers also should take a different role/type one v one. These 2 on one system BS is how you get stale fights with all 8 vs all 8 on and no one can break the stalemate.
