What to do after completing Shadowbringers?

There's a lot of things to do after completing Shadowbringers, and I admit that I'm a bit lost. What type of content would you recommend for someone who just finished the story? (I noticed there is another flaming quest icon after I completed Shadowbringers. Is that the Endwalker series?)

If by "completing Shadowbringers" you mean you just finished the "Shadowbringers" quest, i.e. done all the MSQ up through patch 5.0 then you should continue. The Shadowbringers story doesn't stop there.
Around patch 5.4 we get the beginning of the prologue for the Endwalker series.

After you have done all the MSQ, then do any dungeons, raids, and trials you haven't finished yet. Several of them are quite relevant to the story, and many of them help you get better gear.
After that, you can always try leveling some other classes.

It depends on what you are interested in.

If you want to do the (optional) challenging content, you can look to unlock all of the main story trials and do all of the blue quests in Shadowbringers areas, as well as the one at The Lochs that unlocks a few Shadowbringers trials. Then you can unlock the "challenging" extreme and savage versions which are also blue quests. If you do challenging content, you are expected to gear up and prepare properly by getting item level 510, attaching +60 materia and using food and Grade 4 Tinctures.

If you want to roleplay, there is a really big community for this. Roleplaying is where people act out their character in this fantasy world and it can be really fun.

If you've just gotten to the "Shadowbringers" quest, that's the end of 5.0. The true end of the expansion is later than that, with the content that released with patch 5.3

The latest 5.4 is where things start onto the path leading up to Endwalker

So at the least continue doing the MSQ until the tracker says "To be continued..."
