    Steps:
    1. Having accepted the "A home in the firmament" quest, speak to Francel for the first time.
    2. After the first chat choice, and the resident is convinced to move to the firmament, Francel speaks.
    3. Francel says "But the Fury take me if I allow the restoration effort to 'founder'...", which should be "flounder", I'm assuming.

    No, founder is valid - see the second definition.

    Also this sort of error (if it is an error) is better in the Localisation forum.
