NPCs too stupid in battles and instances

I failed the story instance in Raktika twice where you have to avoid the gaze of the ancient Ronkan golems walking around not because I got spotted, but because Yshtola and one of the Ronkan guardians get spotted while casually walking right into the golem.

To ge fair, she IS blind. lol

On a more serious not, I remember failing once because I didn't know what I was doing but the 2nd time was smooth sailing. Maybe it's a bug?
