    Yeah replacing helps with something else that your class/job can wear has crossed my mind. I really dislike my gloves and boots on PLD, personally.

    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.

    Yes, it is a real shame that instead of looking the way that defines your character, you have to look like you tripped into a closet in the benefit of having high stats.

    I worry about this however, because for a good while, the NA reps have only been translating what the JP reps are saying in their section of the forums. So unless the JP are requesting this feature also, I have a bad feeling the developers will not respond to this. It is pretty rare we get a NA specific response.

    +1, I love this idea! It would allow us to customize our look but still retain class uniqueness. There is so much beautiful armor in this game, and I'd love to be able to wear my linen robe or Shposhae (sp?) stuff longer.

    Good ideas are well presented. I like it (even though mix-matching gear isn't a issue for me) and I'm sure this'll catch a lot of press!

    I love this idea and I just want to see any form of high heels on my female characters, even in XI all of the females had high heels on their feet... I'm sick of all these flat footed boots and crap, I want some sexiness going on at some point please!!!
