Housing Layouts Suggestion

Hello all, I think this is the second time I've posted to the forums, but I've had a big wish list item for housing for quite a long time now so I thought why not post it here.

So, my idea is to be able to save all of your items where they are as a layout in game. Once saved, we could just click the button to load your previous setup and put everything back where it was at the time of that layout being saved. Provided that all the items are in your storage. This would be fantastic for several reasons.

First and foremost it would allow players to be more creative as they could remove items and areas and be able to freely adjust/modify sections of their house without having to worry about having to put everything back together if it does not work out.

Second major reason would be the potential upside to switch between housing event space for Free Companies to host things. Such as a large dance stage, a hide and go seek event for players to find things, a restaurant/bar area, a jump puzzle, or anything else you would like to do in the house. But, due to fear/annoyance/time of putting everything back in it's old place once you were done with said community event, you decided not to or it wasn't worth the effort afterward.

Even just one or two saved layouts per housing area would be immensely useful to everyone in the game, or at least I would think so.

What do you think? Feel free to give me your thoughts on my dumb idea.

That would be awesome! I'd definitely try more designs in my house if I could do that! Sometimes I don't change my layout because I fear I won't be able to put it back the way I liked!

Would be cool, but I doubt it will ever happen. It is basically why I won't mess with my apartment's design.

This would be a cool feature.
However I can almost guarantee that such a feature would not support housing 'glitches' where people suspend things in places they can't usually be.
Which almost every housing enthusiast employs.

Yeah, even if the glitches were not carried over, I would still like to have this feature anyway as it could certainly make a big majority of the replacement of items much more painless. Obviously if they could keep the glitched placement in that would be even better but I do see you point and agree on that front.

Would be great idea but would use up a lot of extra game resource they dont have spare.I mean you look the fact they are removing belts from game and that its been a good while since we've seen an increase in the glamor dresser capacity.

I redecorate the fc garden and the entrance floor of the fc house to match every in game event. It's something that my members really enjoy so I do it every time.

While I love doing it, dismantling it all and putting everything back as it was when the event is over is quite the chore. I have saved screenshots to capture the layouts of the furnishings to make the process of reverting back easier, but it's still a very lengthy thing to do, particularly indoors. Your suggestion would be an enormous help to me. Even if it only applied to indoors it would make a huge difference.
