This actually would make a bit of sence comparing it to FF4. The Lunar Ruins are a sort of bonus dungeon post game in later remakes which are randomized a bit.

Assuming we get a third deep dungeon in EW that would be neat, not assuming that we will though since SHB didn't get one.

If they do add one I hope it goes from level 71 to 90 so that people who like to level with deep dungeon don't have to skip the SHB levels.

I don't believe that was said. From what I remember they only elected not to have one THIS time, and that they might do it again for Endwalker.
