Small Screen Tearing

Hello, I recently started experiencing screen tearing solely in FFXIV. I play on max settings at 144hz. I run a gtx 1080 with the latest drivers as well as a Ryzen 7 cpu. Looking for a little help as the sides of my screen whether in fullscreen, borderless or windowed all experience tearing at the edges.

Edit: Apologies more context would probably help the situation. I'm a recent returner as in the last week I've played since 2/15 no problems max settings in windowed. Today 2/18 I've logged in today in the morning played a couple roulettes then logged off for a time I later returned and began seeing minor tearing on the left most and right most sides of my window. I've already tried updating my drivers as well as a full reinstall as maybe something got corrupted or messed up since this issue is exclusive to FFXIV. I'm currently at an impasse as to why I'm experiencing the tearing any help is greatly appreciated.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this issue happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Where in game does the issue occur? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
