Stop this nonsense now, MPK erupted this whole argument. Casuals arnt asking to cut our raids for more of what they want. More HC players are blindly asking for cuts in areas that have nothing to do with the said content.I'm quite tired of toxic people telling me that just because the majority of people don't do said content, I shouldn't be getting said content. Over two years and for an Ultimate, over three years for a Deep Dungeon. These are the things I care about the most. Potentially an Ultimate cut and looking at 1 Ultimate per expansion and people really out there acting like I can't be upset by that. I've said it before and I've said it again. The "casual" community in FFXIV is the most toxic community I have ever seen. Toxic positivity in its worst form. It also happens to be the worst community I've seen in general that puts in the effort. So I guess it makes sense that you guys getting farming content, crafter revamps nobody asks for, parasols, blue mage you only level and don't even do savage with, flying in ARR and reskinned extreme (unreal) for reskinned mount awards etc is just so much better than players like me who would like a hard fight twice in three years lmao. Got it
Stop this casual vs raiders mentality it just validates this whole other wise extremely stupid thread to begin with. Do you see threads about cutting Ulti and savage for male viera? No lol these people want SE to do it all while poeple like MPK puts SE in a vacuum to do one or the other.
Now to argue with what I am actually saying instead of being a hyperbole.Stop this nonsense now, MPK erupted this whole argument. Casuals arnt asking to cut our raids for more of what they want. More HC players are blindly asking for cuts in areas that have nothing to do with the said content.

Real talk, though? I'd love stuff like chocobo racing to be revamped and made relevant again. The development team have a habit of introducing niche content that is overly complex for what it is, making it very grindy/tedious and then never touching it again after a lot of people avoid investing in it.
Triple Triad proved to be a bit more successful and is updated with each new patch. Though even there, I tend to avoid it due to how grindy it is and the scarily low drop rate for some of the cards.
I think they take the time to update Lord of Verminion each patch to account for new minions, too? I liked pet battles when I played WoW. It was a good way to get people out into the game world.
Most likely they did further background research and found only 0.00001% of the players complete Ultimate so it's literally more of a waste than programming all dungeons to be played by squadrons.
I mean your last post was a hyperbole....”the casuals are sooo toxic” is an over exaggeration but whatever I’m not interested in trying to tell you to be upset but not at the cost of what brings others happiness.
You see toxic casuals on this post because most of you are attacking and looking down on their enjoyed content but whatever continue to cry toxic “casuals” I’m out.
Seems like you truly struggle with what I am actually saying. I never said the "casuals are so toxic". I said "toxic casuals saying "X"". There's a difference. But since you like to prefer speaking in hyperbole, you like to pretend I am generalizing the whole thing. I am a casual myself. You are exactly what I am describing though. Not allowed to be unhappy at the expense of others their happiness, regardless of them already having plenty of content. Nope, no sir. Can't be upset that I as a paying customer have been told 2 ultimates per expansion. Can't be upset that they didn't release the info about 1 ultimate this expansion well into this savage tier (wasting 50 euros by the way during covid times). Can't be disappointed that I've not seen a deep dungeon in three years. Get out of here mate.I mean your last post was a hyperbole....”the casuals are sooo toxic” is an over exaggeration but whatever I’m not interested in trying to tell you to be upset but not at the cost of what brings others happiness.

So... you believe they are now lying to you when they say they can't promise the missing genders to the new races? It's been discussed at length within the respective threads for the missing genders already, though they sold 2.0 as an apology and improvement over 1.0 and the many flaws it had. One of which was the removal of single gender playable races. Personally I'm inclined to take statements from businessmen, especially in the current climate, with a hefty pinch of salt.
Is... am I reading you right?
Seriously, what are they talking about. Casuals like SarahKey are incredibly popular, whereas the ultimate raiders like Venosys have a pretty negative reception in fandom and literally no one knows them outside of it. No one cares about Ultimate except the people playing Ultimate. I'm not saying they shouldn't make it, but when shit like COVID happens(which, is a serious set back despite what basement dwellers want to believe), it should be the first to go. Accessibility before exclusivity.
Also the entire reason Shadowbringers got a 90 metacritic was the story lmfao. Raiders are pretty universally disappointed by Shadowbringers, proving that they are so few to not even impact the review scores or care more about story than raiding.
