Squadron/Grand Company Update?

So I've noticed that Squadrons and Grand Companies as a whole reach a wall of PvE content once you reach level 60 content, or even post-Heavensward regardless. Some things I would personally like to see with them:

• An update to Squadron NPC AI to match the competency of Trust NPCs
• The ability for Squadron members to obtain more than just base ARR classes- we have seen that retainers of all things can gain access to these jobs and classes, so it stands to reason that Squadron members would too
• More Command and Squadron Missions to match the current level caps
• More variety of Squadron members, or even the ability to create your own members like you would a retainer
• More rewards for Squadron and Grand Company participation
• The ability to go past Captain in any given Grand Company

I would also like to see an update.
The unused higher ranks are just sitting there... unused!
I look forward to the day I can level up my Limsa pride once more.
