@Devs: Can /read emote be changed to be sustained?

I want my character to sit there and read for hours at a time, or while waiting for queues. That's what I do in real life. It looks so nice and sophisticated. It's a great candidate for an idle emote.

Since this is the "item's etc" section: Change the effect of the in-game item: "Ballroom Etiquette - Intelligent Impressions" to be a sustained emote, rather than an expiring emote.
