    Can't get passed the screen 'Connecting to data center'

    Hello.
    As of this morning I can't get past the title screen. When I click 'Start' the pop-up screen says 'Connecting to data center'.
    However, nothing happens: the clock in the bottom right corner just keeps on spinning but I never end up on my character screen.
    I play on PC (Windows 10 Home) and my character is on Chaos/Cerberus.

    You may want to try deleting the locally-saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.
