Please add the note function to the friend list

I've been a player since 2014 and one of the things that I always missed was the ability to add notes to people from my friend list. I know we can add groups but it's just not the same thing.


When playing other games, having the possibility of attaching a note to their nickname often made me remember the context on how I met them and would also help me remember who they were (Steam also has this feature and it saves me a lot of times). This would also be extremely beneficial if people happened to change nicknames (in this case it would be tricky because when people change names the friend list isn't so friendly about that also).


So yeah, I'm here once again asking for something to be added and since I was successful in the past I think it doesn't hurt to try!

Agreed. Even tho im not adding every random dude to my fl, there are some i cant remember why they are on it in the first place. Plus the fact when ppl change their names or switch DC is also an issue. Adding Notes or improving the Group-function (like creating actual groups/categories with names instead of just symbols) would really be nice.


And before you say, just delete those you dont know, nope that doesn't solve the Problem.

Or they changed the name of their character and you have no clue what it was beforehand. That happend to roughly a third of the people listed in my friends list. I have no clue who they are and i don't want to send a tell and ask them who they are. (>_<; )

People on Crystal DC change names a lot and its awkward to admit you can't remember who they are. So I'd like this feature a lot.

Don't feel awkward. Names are what we use to identify others in an online environment.

It's not up to us to keep track of others who keep changing their identity. They are the ones who should be telling their friends they've changed their name. Any awkwardness is their responsibility,

True galaxy tier ascended play is to delete anyone from friends you don't remember. You can always add them again later if you remember.

Pointless to have people on friends you don't know.

I want a feature like this so much!! I often forget who people on my friends list are or how I met them. This would also help with identifying people who changed names!
