Constant disconnects since last night

I have no idea what changed, but I cannot play the game since yesterday

Last night, I started getting "A system error has occurred: -21466974211. HTTPS System Error". If I kept trying, I could eventually get past this error and be let into the game. Once I was in the game, I could play for a little bit, but would inevitably disconnect with a 90002 error, and when trying to log in again I would get a 2002 lobby error and be kicked. Then the -21466974211 error would show again, and we'd go around in this circle

I tried changing around all of the settings in my router that google recommended. I even tried resetting my router to factory default settings. I also tried clearing IE cache, turning all of my firewalls off in IE, in my Windows, and on my router. I do not have virus protection software, and my firewalls are as open as can be. I changed IE's DNS to Google's with the 8888 and 8844 thing. I whitelisted frontier.ffxiv in 2 different places. I've messed with countless other settings in my router. Then I started getting a 10105 error instead of -2146697421, but it would result in the same run around of 90002 -> 2002, repeat

I deleted the FFXIV boot.cfg and tried that, no dice. I eventually uninstalled FFXIV completely, deleted every related file in both My Games and Steam (I'm using the Steam version), and now I can't even download the game. I've gotten so many different errors that I've lost count and track. Right now I'm getting "[30605][20448][10009][10019] Unable to complete version check". This happens when I try to download the game from the launcher. I *was* getting past this error earlier, and it would actually let me log in to the launcher, and it would start downloading the game, but I have failed downloading the game about halfway through 3 separate times. I don't recall which errors they were and I didn't take any screenshots. I have reset my router, messed with all settings that any website on google says might even remotely help, I've reset router to factory default, I've messed with all IE settings that are recommended for xiv, I've disabled every single Firewall that exists anywhere in/on/around my computer, I'm using an ethernet cable, etc etc. Sometimes I get the -21466974211 error when trying to download the game from the launcher, too. It seems to be a random grab bag of like 3 or 4 different errors that all result in either the launcher failing to launch, the launcher failing to log me in, or the launcher failing to complete the download of the game, and it was just as much of a nightmare before I tried uninstalling. The uninstall was an absolute last resort

I am completely out of ideas. The only thing in the world it seems that I can't do is play Final Fantasy 14. My internet is otherwise completely fine. I think that I have done every single thing that can be done, and nothing gets me any farther than anything else

EDIT: Tried downloading the game again while I slept. When I woke up, there was nothing anywhere, so I thought good things, but nope it still failed and I guess closed itself. I was able to log into the game and initiate the download, but again about halfway through I got a different error. "The server is not responding. [30413][10009][10019]". I forwarded all ports that are listed, and I'm going to try again but I am not at all hopeful. I really wonder what happened that I could idle in the game for 24hr+, not touching the computer at all, and now I can't log in or download the game no matter how hard I try. Maybe my windows updated? I don't remember, but jeez if that's what did it, then I have no idea how to fix it

EDIT 2: Aaaaand back to -21466974211. Have tried multiple times over the last 30 min, restarted my computer, my router, etc. Ever since I forwarded the listed TCP ports in my router, I am *only* getting the -21466974211 error. I am not even able to successfully log in via the launcher and initiate the game download anymore. I get booted with -21466974211 before the launcher even loads

EDIT 3: Still. I get about 26% into the download then I get the 30413 error window. Why in the world are you not able to resume downloading? I doubt I'd be able to stay logged in if I were actually able to download the game, but I feel so bad for anyone who has bad internet and this is a common occurrence for them. I really don't understand why I have wonderful internet connection in every single thing except very recently in Final Fantasy 14, and I had been able to idle in game for hours on end while I slept or did chores, but now I can't even download the game

EDIT 4: New error. "Unable to download patch files [30413][25008][10009]". Still getting to between 25%-50% downloaded before it just stops. When the download stops, my internet remains up. This is not an issue with my internet. I have 100 up and 100 down, constant. I have tried doing nothing at all while the game downloads, but it still randomly stops. The times where I am using the computer and the download stops, I can be watching a YouTube video or steaming music with no interruption, and despite this the download will fail. My internet is experiencing no issues, but is experiencing lots of issues with regards to the client

I inched my way to finally completing my redownload of the game. I didn't realize it, but all of my failed downloads *were* adding on to each other. I eventually downloaded the game

However, I'm back in the loop of 90002 -> 2002 errors. Then I restart 100 times hoping that it lets me in, because I usually error before then. Then once I get in, I walk on eggshells until I eventually get 90002'd into 2002 combo
