    Full Reset - Unable to Connect to Characters made on account

    I'm in a large panic right now. Given that around the US(Georgia, where I am at currently) we are unable to connect to FFXIV's Data Centers, there was a small time when we were able to: However, when I started the client, it treated me as if I am completely new to the game and had just started it for the first time.

    I have at least 6 years worth of characters on here, and I need them to be recovered - because if I lose them, I feel like all that work would have been for nothing. I seriously do not want to lose everything that I've worked on for so long in regards to raiding.
