Shift key modifier makes game go crazy

I have two main gameplay issues,one dissapeared just recently when i changed something but another appeared and im afraid they are somehow connected so i need y help. My initial problem was when i had keybinds such as Ctrl+1-5 or Ctrl+qer. The game would at random times go crazy and cycle repeatedly through targets as if i was holding down Tab or cycle between the green ready responses if i had the chatbox open as if again, i was holding down tab. I tried everything from resetting my keybinds,to deleted apps that might interfere with the game even reinstalling the game, nothing fixed the issue. And im sure what you are thinking,its probably my keyboard acting out, but let me assure you that this is not the case as with every other game i have no issue at all . Suddenly, when the other day i rebinded my keys to Shift+1-5 and Shift+qer i noticed that i didnt have the issue for 2 whole days which is a long time.But a much more problematic issue came around which caused the game to see my pressing the key Q for instance, as Shift+q or if i was pressing 3 it would recognize it as Shift+3. Basically that is my issue and it is solved by just pressing Esc or the windows button but this is something i just cant do every few seconds, its ruining my experience and i desperetely need help with this.
