    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Does the issue occur when FINAL FANTASY XIV and Windows are both installed on the C:\ drive?

    Nope, Windows is on C:\ and FFXIV is installed on a different hard drive. I've never had FFXIV installed on the Windows hard drive for the past 3 years. Issues appeared when I upgraded my GPU (1080 GTX NVIDIA to 3070 RTX NVIDIA).
