Genuinely think GM Unurlotho is a smart individual, rather, a GM who plays the game itself. We know there are people who manages the game that do not actually play the game. But GM Unurlotho seems to be one of us. They are very charismatic and empathetic, very well versed with terms of the game, not to mention very kind hearted.

GM Unurlotho contacted me in a timely manner in regards to a report I've submitted in regards to griefing of a certain player, pinpointed the issue, asked for confirmation. Every thing was solid and glad that they're on your GM team.

GM Unurlotho responded to my concern over griefing in a very timely manner, and was very charismatic and kind. They seemed to know exactly what I was talking about and how frustrating it was to deal with and gave me assurance that my issue would be dealt with. 10/10 would interact with this GM again.
