Is this your first Viera/Hrothgar related thread? This particular one isn't too bad, but here's how they usually play out:

"SE I'm unhappy with events only giving hats I can't use!"

"They said you'd never get hats! Get over it or Fantasia!"

"Okay, well how about some hairstyles like they promised then? Something, anything at all?"

"....There's a global pandemic! This thread REEKS of entitlement!"

It's an understandable excuse still, but they also had multiple opportunities to address this even a little bit before it all went down.

Oh, it absolutely is. I just don't like how it's used as a blanket silencing statement.

Especially since they haven't actually communicated about anything relating to what they said they'd do at all, but rather seem to whistle and carry on and act like they didn't release 2 new races last expansion and we just don't exist.

They were never going to have hats. Their biggest mistake here was doing any at all, they were just trying to be nice.

I was unaware the forums were 100% about Viera and Hrothgar. Weak point, but good try.

I still feel that they should be able to wear BRD and RDM AF hats at the very least. It could be done if they put the work in. The fact that any race at all is locked out of those is almost criminal. Other than that I get it.

FIFY: "....There's a global pandemic! This thread REEKS of entitlement!" - people who play races that got seven new hairstyles in ShB, most of which came during the pandemic.

I can't understand why people expect us to be happy when SE keep throwing new head options at the other races while we sit at the sidelines feeling invisible. The only logical conclusion I can come up with is some people enjoy feeling superior by saying we're being childish for wanting even a taste of the attention they're getting.

Why couldn't they get three or four hairstyles and we get two or three? Why did they get to have ALL of the new hairstyles while we got nothing? We pay the same sub. This is not fair.

My problem is they are releasing new items on the mogstation where the headgear still dont work on the new races.
