    Is there a guide or map for the 4th round of fish? Can't find where to get the artisan fish for achievement

    There are a few guides out there. I was using this spreadsheet for locations (other locations lists the phase 2 and 3 phase if you're working on the old achievements). I imagine there are other guides with more detailed information.
