As far as I'm aware, the only items that remove sleeves are the caster gloves from Qitana Ravel and the PvP gloves you can buy with wolf marks.
There's also a ranged dps glove that removes a sleeve but that doesn't really count in this case.

There's also the healer gloves from Qitana Ravel, the level 80 AST gloves (though they add some sort of vambraces and other bits), and the Eikon Leather Armguards of Casting/Maiming/Striking give an asymmetrical sleeve removal.
Just to be clear, these are essentially Glove pieces that model as plain dyeable sleeves, right?
There are many gloves that remove a smaller portion of the sleeves as well.
Also, on the Rathalos chest piece, the pauldrons are coded as part of the sleeve, so some gloves actually remove the pauldrons, despite being nowhere near them.
You sure you don't want some awkward tattoos all over those arms???
Yes, there are two items being proposed here. The first is a "Bangle" glove slot item that cuts the sleeve just below the shoulder, allowing the arm below it to be bare. The second is a series of "Bangled Sleeves" where the bangles themselves are undyable but the sleeves attached to them are.
So basically only magic classes get items that remove sleeves barring the ugly half sleeve removals.
I'd happily go to hell and back for an item that removes both sleeves that isn't for a caster or healer class

while I am never against more glam items, I doubt my stuffed glam chest will fit more items, so... without more plates or space.. pass
I would be all for more customization in this sort of thing. There are some cases where things have been programmed to appear/disappear/crop themselves as decided by SE and I don't always find their choices to be the best ones, or even the logical ones. I'd imagine that's just due to them having thousands of gear combinations to test so they just go with what they feel works/looks best in a few common configurations.
This sort of thing could also work to fix the clipping issues they seem terrified of in some cases and ignorant of in others. Just leave the option to the player and let them decide if they're okay with things clipping or not.

You say this but we already have items in the game that do this. They are just locked to casters and healers. What OP is asking for is an option that is unlocked from those roles (and some other options that are also not unique to the request and exist in game already).
