Game repeatedly crashed when logining into char

The game keeps crashing when logining into characters. I\\'ve reinstalled the game multiplayer times. Even tried logining in on a different computer with different download. Deleted outlook/char data. Disabled all overly. Tried full screen windowed. Lower resolution. (I mean it doesn\\'t work even on a completely different computer so can\\'t be PC side) still it crashes. This usually only happens on one character. When loading into the game. I get no error message. I checked for updates on windows and drivers, firewalls. Reset settings to default, Everything. I\\'ve never had this issue before yesterday 02-10-21. I believe there was a small patch that may be the reason. I\\'ve seen other players with the same issue with no resolve. At this point I am at a loss

tried a few more things i found online. still same issue. Multiple graphic settings. Uninstalling, rolling back, reinstalling gpu drivers. uninstalling and reinstalling direct X. Using direct X 8. different graphics settings. disabling full screen up, reducing frames. Clean installation another time... still nothing works. Addition to this.. my Gf is also having this same issue on a completely different computer.

update, Did another clean installation. Made all .ex filed admin priv and clicked disable full screen up, used direct X 9 and locked at 30fps.
It will now launch into the game then crash soon after. It crashes more frequently if im in a raid or trial

Alright team, may be my final update as I am at a loss. I read another post about potentially uninstalling norton and installing drivers directly through nvd. It gave me hope. But it did not work. l did another clean installation on my gf laptop as well as all the items I listed above. Also to no resolve. Two different computer are having the same issues (3 counting my desktop) all the tips on the forums are not working.. what's going on

Final update. I completely reset my computer, uninstalled everything then clean installed windows and my drivers. I installed only the game. I did get the game to run for a few hours without crashing.. but still exp random crashes mainly when loading quests or areas but sometimes at random.

Issues still persists. Now i can sometimes play for a hour or so. Crashes when loading into area or scene. Hopefully the hotfix fixes this issue.

After the update... The Error is back again and i can no longer load into a character at all. Do we have any.. any real working solution to this or do we have to wait for it to finally be patched

At this point i think its best to wait untill the devs fix this bug on their side before jumping back into this game
