Game repeatedly crashed when logining into char

Does this issue occur when the game is installed on the C drive? Additionally, have you tried to delete the locally saved content in the ' My Documents' folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy)?

Having the same issue. Unsubbed so I don't pay for another month of service for a game I'm not even able to play at the moment. Posting here to try and stay up to date on if there are any hotfixes or resolutions found.

Yes, error also errors on C drive and external drive as well.
I also deleted local files as well as cloud ect. I completely wiped my computer and still had the same issues.

I also unsubbed today as i paid for a sub and could not even play the game. Im switching to SWTOR until we have a resolution

Wanted to update so this doesn't get marked as "resolved" it's not resolved. I will update this once it actually is resolved.

Good afternoon and thank you for the reply.

Could you try using a registry cleaner such as CC cleaner? It will run and remove files that may have been left behind by installation another activity on the PC. To so, please remove the game and then restart the PC. Run the registry cleaner and then restart the computer. Once the computer has been reset please reinstall the game again. After reinstalling the game, please restart the PC once more. Once the PC has been reset, please launch the game.
