Who's playing the new jobs?

Too early to say. We've seen a brief shiny video on one class and a t-shirt on the other. Doesn't stop some people from basing the whole class on those, but best wait and see. We've also got the other class adjustments to weigh against any new classes.

Not great at healing so maybe not, tho will give it a try so see what it's like.
Also not keen on melee jobs, so again will give it a try so see what it's like, then just return to my Rdm.

No point saying no to any of the new jobs at the moment, until I can personally try them out.

Actually I wanted the bare class, like from V. It's ridiculous that we supposedly know all this stuff, but can't use it together. Beast Master would have be nice but I'm cold and I am shamed lying naked on the floor.

Sage has an interesting aesthetic and I look forward to trying a new type of shield healer. I have to say I didn't expect that kind of a weapon, but there is a lot of potential for beautiful designs. It won't suffer from ugly weapon syndrome like WAR, MCH, SMN and SCH.

I’m going to main it. I’m a healer main anyway. Excited for sage. Love the aesthetics of it. Soon as it was shown, my friends messaged me saying the job is so me haha and they can’t wait for me to show off some amazing glams with it.

Healers are starved at this point, would not be surprised if Sage beats Gnb for more played new job. As for me, ill be running EW as a tank and avoid the nasty queues new jobs tend to bring.

Not sage unless one of the following...

1) I go for the level all jobs achievement
2) there’s some content that requires doing 70-80 stuff that awards xp. Like a yokai or a relic grind, kinda like how I’m levelling RDM on alliance raids atm.

The other job perhaps, I do like melee.

But I’m actually considering the Astro rework as a possibility for a main next expansion.

I will never play a healer, so alas I will not. I have seen how healers are treated in this game, specifically on NA servers, specifically on mine. they are treated like second rate citizens who are sh** all over when they make one tiny mistake in a level 80 dungeon. It'sa the reason why I also refuse to do tank, even though I do have a low level palidin.

Now the DPS class, maybe - but they really need to work on balancing the times in queues for dungeons, Why should a tank take 5 seconds to get in, a healer 10 seconds and a DPS 40 minutes? No.

I level cap every job so yeah I'll be playing Sage and whatever the new melee dps is.
