Rested experience not working on DoL or DoH

Hello,

I have noticed as of a few weeks ago that rested experience is not applying itself to my DoL or DOH jobs (DoW is working fine) Does not display the "(+50%)" bonus when recieving experience points. I have tried restarting pc, running down rested experience bar to empty, swapping jobs, gathering locations etc.

I am unsure if the bonus is still applying itself and the issue it that the (50%) part just is'nt displaying in my log.

Also contacted customer support and called a GM with no feedback as yet.

Steps:
After a natalan SB party at wolf camp, went to grid to begin crafting noticed rested experience points not applying. Bar was 25% full of rested experience to go. Tried to relog, swapped to PC from laptop, logged onto arm and still rested experience not working. Had recently completed quest for grid inn, also it was just after patch to recover lost macros.

It doesn't show it in the log but it is applied.

A simple test is do a synth at the same level if you can with and without the rested bonus. You should notice a 50% increase in the total exp. Just for some reason it doesn't say it in the log.
