Request: Anima recharge rate

I'm okey if we increase the rate of anima recharge while at Inn
If we decrease the rate of anime recharge while not at Inn

That will be a big incentive to go to inn.... no one will go out anymore!

well I like to think 1 every 4 hours is already slow, If your gonna have a teleport system like this and not the one in FFXI then ppl should be able to use it when they want to. Not be forced to hold back on using it when they absolutely need it. Hence why it should be changed to maybe even 2 every 4 hours or anima cost of teleports lowered a little bit.
