!! Fix Healer Rescue

I don't think I've seen anyone use Rescue to troll in recent memory outside of Nest videos on youtube. I've seen it used and had it used on me, and 99% of the time it was warranted and appreciated. I had one use Rescue on me in Syrcus on Amon a day last week when he was casting Curtain Call. I knew I was fine and knew I could dps long enough and be able to get to safety, but one of my healers didn't want to take that chance. I said "I was fiiine!" in real life to myself, but I couldn't fault the healer one bit for doing their job. I appreciated the thought.

The players who need to be rescued don't understand that they need to be rescued. Therefore, they should not be allowed to disable being rescued.

They might not realize it in the moment due to tunnel vision (I am guilty of this every now and then, as is most everyone) but they certainly realize it after the fact, and they are usually very thankful for the Rescue.
