Thanks for your thoughtful and considerate reply. Never thought of prepping Arm's Length in anticipation of an ability that has an instant cast time. Great suggestion!
If you're grouped with a good healer and they're using it appropriately... sure.
But then again, that's the issue and main point I brought up. There are plenty of healers who don't use it appropriately or are new to the game and content and don't know what they're doing.
Feels like you kind of missed the main point of my post here, so I'll just let it go at that.
What the hell?
One duty finder I had an annoying healer who used Rescue as a way to try and rush me through the dungeon. I used Arm's Length a lot in that instance.
If you were playing a tank you SHOULD be using Arm's Length a lot because it's a defensive cooldown that applies a slow effect to anything hitting you.
