It may be a more common issue on the North American servers

It's not really abused here either. Whenever I see these posts, which pop up now and then, I have a feeling someone usually gets rescued a couple times for a good reason from the healers pov but not their own so they jump right "its gotta be a troll, delete this ability! because I don't like it" Trolling isn't really any worse on NA than anywhere else.

This probably is the situation in most cases.
The person being rescued probably just runs right back into the bad, negating the healers attempts, and assumes the healer was at fault for whatever damage they took. Or something to that effect.
