    It's all baseless speculation.
I wouldn't say baseless. Pandemonium/Pandaemonium is three things: "wild and noisy disorder or confusion; uproar," "the capital of Hell in Milton's Paradise Lost" and "the infernal regions : Hell." Since the concept of the "Noise from the Star" that destroyed Amourot was introduced in 5.0 people have been speculating about it. The Japanese also love wordplay and Pandaemonium being both a word for "Noise" and the capital of Hell used as FFII's final dungeon makes for some serious wordplay with a reference on top. The pathway to Pandaemonium being sealed under a lake would be similar to the location of the Jade Passage in FFII.

As for the new "completely original" non-referential Alliance Raid series and the long running mystery related to it we likely will not find anything out about it until May.

If the moon somehow ends up not being our final zone, I could see the heart of world being where everything finally comes to an end.
Yup, I'm expecting a visit there too. It'd make for an interesting zone, but it's a case of whether it's dealt with via cutscenes or not. With Ilsabard on the table, plus the moon, it's already an awful lot of territory for 6 zones, unless it's a very light touch tour of the former. They may choose to deal with parts of it, as they did with Bozja/Werlyt/Ivalice.

Barring more Ilsabard zones being unveiled in the May fan fest (which I'm certainly not ruling out), I suspect the plan for Ilsabard and southern Othard going forward is to continue to dip into it as needed for stuff like Werlyt, Bozja and Ivalice. Especially as we'll now have access points to it at all compass points with the addition of Garlemald to the North and Thavnair to the south.
