    Black screen and game not responding after launch, yet was working fine this morning.

    Hey All, like the title says, I played ffxiv this morning, took a break for lunch, logged back in and now am getting black screen and not responding.

    I haven't got any overlays, visited any sites or downloaded any new programs within that time, so no idea as to the error, does anyone have any ideas?

    CPU: ryzen 7 1700x
    RAM: 32gb 3200mhz
    GPU: RX 5700XT 8gb
    PSU: 650w

    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
