There once was an exploit that rmt used that would auto-buy stuff when people were near the marketboard, they patched it pretty quick obviously. Thats why I still dont carry all my gil around.

I meant that, because it is, that means they aren't ban, because they're still changing gear aka playing.

Also, in that case, they are (to be fair) leveling. Granted, that does make the obtainment of 7m (those were 7 purchases) quite sus. With no crafts or gathers up, they basically would have gotten money from quests almost exclusively, unless their friend gave them money (no fc, somewhat unlikely) or they bot a small amount of gil.
