Blue Mage Spells in Dungeons

Just in case, you can solo dungeons with the new skill and try to learn spell, but if you go in with a full BLU party you have 100% learning rate for the spell (except if you'r not alive at this moment)

Correction, you only need to be in a synced full party to get 100% learn rate. The whole party doesn't need to be BLU.

Correction for your correction, you just need to be synced. 100% learn rate even if you go in solo (they’ve added a new level synced option to go with undersized duties in the DF tab).

So if someone say that he didn't learn in a full party BUT without full BLU what was the problem ?

Did they go in level synced? You can still use undersized party option even with a full party and if you use undersized it’s not 100% learn rate. Otherwise the only thing I can think of is if you are dead you won’t learn the spell.
