    Constant dx11 error crashes

Hello, I've been playing the game for 8 months now. Last week I got a new computer and I've been getting a varied assortment of dx11 errors nonstop. Sometimes it happens within the hours, some other times it happens after a couple hours. I've tried every possible solution I could find online, from reinstalling the game, updating my drivers, updating my system, disabling sound enhancements, disabling discord/steam overlays and the problem persists.

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

    1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
    2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs
    3) Remove any mods or injectors from the game or system
    4) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
    5) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
    6) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything

Hi, the computer is brand new since February 1st.
    1) I monitor the GPU temperature and when the crash happen it's not overheating. I don't know what overclock is
    2) I have disabled steam, amd and discord overlays. I do have a custom graphic profile for playing the game that caps FPS at 90 cause I read that was also a cause of problems, but I can remove that
    3) Not using any
    4) I tried this and still just got a 11000002, after about 2-3 hours of playtime.
    5) Only USB i have plugged in are mouse+keypad and speakers
    6) Did this too and still got a crash.

So after doing the suggested changes the game seems to be crashing even worse now. Before it would crash every 2-3 hours, now it's crashing every hour. I can't do raids or any group content for fear or disconnecting at a bad time. Anyone can give any help?

Good afternoon and thank you for the reply

Could you try using a registry cleaner such as CC cleaner? It would run through the PC and remove files that may have been left behind by installations and other activity on the PC.

    I will try that next.

Some additional info, after reverting the previous suggested changes I was able to play in two sessions of 2-3 hours without any crash, but then when I did 2 runs of Delubrum I got a DX11 error once in both

    Graphics issues

Good morning, i dont actually know how to use the forums, i hope this is the right place. My graphics card used to be able to run FFXIV just fine, but not too long ago the screen has been freezing whenever a lot of activity is happening, such as a raid or in Eulmore. the game itself continues running just fine. I have taken my settings down from high to standard laptop, and the crashing/ freezing has eased some. most recently i was running a Rabanastre raid when random areas of the zone appeared yellow. immediately after the screen froze. I have a Radeon RX 580 series, 16gb RAM, Ryzen 9 3900x 12-Core. Oh, i am also unable to run the game with Directx11 without it appearing choppy and laggy.
