Housing Frustrations

Am I the only one who feels this angrily about housing at the moment? Do Yoshida and co. not care enough/don't have the ability to resolve this?

You're far from the only one who hates this system. For so many years SE have had a tremendous amount of feedback regarding housing availability and don't appear to want to address it properly. They only tweak what we currently have and some of those tweaks have been merely swapping one set of problems for another instead of being a solid solution. Watching this for so long turns anger into a calmer but still very negative feeling: disappointment.

I'm hoping the island sanctuary will provide some manner of housing. It would be such a missed opportunity if it doesn't. However as I said in another thread I won't be surprised if it doesn't considering SE's history with handling housing. They do so much right but when it comes to housing...there's so much wrong.

They've already said what it is - I wouldn't expect it to be something it's not going to be.

I don't recall them saying much of anything about it at all. What we got was a teaser, not a detailed rundown of exactly what it will be.

But I already said I'm not expecting it to have housing due to SE's track record with it. Would be nice if it did though.
